Strawberry Banana Mango Smoothie is a delightful mix of fruits, full of anti-inflammatory, antioxidant, anthocyanidins, energy and vitamins.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup frozen strawberries
  • 1 cup frozen mango
  • 1 frozen banana
  • ½-1 cup apple juice
  • 1 tbsp. chia seeds

Instructions

  1. Put all ingredients into a blender or smoothie maker.
  2. Add apple juice as needed for desired consistency. Blend until smooth.
  3. Add chia seeds just before serving.
