Strawberry Banana Mango Smoothie

This is a delightful mix of fruits and full of anti-inflammatories, antioxidants, anthocyanidins, vitamins and Omega-3 fatty acids.


  • 1 cup frozen strawberries

  • 1 cup frozen mango

  • 1 frozen banana

  • ½-1 cup apple juice

  • 1 tbsp. chia seeds


  1. Put all ingredients into a blender or smoothie maker.

  2. Add apple juice as needed for desired consistency. Blend until smooth.

  3. Add chia seeds just before serving.

Strawberries are anti-inflammatory and also loaded with anthocyanidins that have been shown to inhibit cancer tumor growth.

Mango is especially helpful in treating the gallbladder; regular mango eaters reduce their risk for gallbladder cancer by up to 60%.  Mango may also keep healthy cells from turning cancerous.

Bananas are packed with energy and extremely nutritious – a rich source of niacin, riboflavin, and potassium, as well as vitamins A and C.

Chia seeds are among the healthiest foods on the planet. An antioxidant, chia seeds are nutrient dense with very few calories, high fiber, low-carb, with a decent amount of protein. Chia seeds are also very high in Omega-3 fatty acids.
