Benefit for TriYoga

All proceeds go to TriYoga of Cedar Rapids, our partners in providing mind-body-energy therapies.  TriYoga® is a practice that blends posture, breath and subtle hand movements to direct oxygen and blood flow to specific parts of the body. The benefits are many – strengthening patients for treatment, improving mental clarity, lowering stress and enhancing general well-being.

Chair yoga, guided meditation and Reiki are offered free of charge every week at The Ghosh Center for patients and caregivers. You can get more information here: Weekly Wellness Events

A Few Words with Neel

We asked Neel to share a bit about his life and career.

When did you move to Los Angeles?

I first moved out to LA in 2011 to 2013. I moved back here in 2015 and have been here since.

Where else have you lived?

Los Angeles, Atlanta, Cedar Rapids, mostly in my own head.

What’s the best part about your work?

At its best it’s connecting with people. I’m very reserved in real life so it’s nice to have an outlet to express whatever I want and see if people vibe with it. But usually it just means I buy myself (vegan, I swear) donuts after good sets.

What’s the hardest?

For me the hardest part is constantly chopping at the tree. They say beavers have a biological itch to chop wood with their teeth and that writers should be the same. I’m more of a sloth.

Do you do any work for The Ghosh Center?

Top Administrative Assistant To King and Queen Ghosh.
